Here Are the Language Solutions Integrators That Made the 2025 Inc. 5000 List

Eleven language industry companies are among the fastest growing in the United States, according to the 2025 Inc. 5000 List, with a few consistent performers and newcomers, and one very noticeable absence.

The rankings track revenue growth over a three-year period (2021-2024), revealing a market in flux where three of the largest established Language Solutions Integrators (LSIs) are holding their ground: appearing continuously on the list since 2022 are Propio Language Services, Boostlingo, and CQ Fluency.

Propio has showcased an impressive upward climb due in large part to a bold M&A strategy that includes the purchases of Cyracom in July 2025 and United Language Group in September 2024.

Over the past three years, the PE-backed company has moved from the lower half of the list (#3212 in 2022) to a strong position as the sole LSI in the top 500 for 2025, this time at #428 with 952% growth.

But the growth stories for the other three-year repeating companies are telling of both industry resilience and intense competition at the top. Boostlingo, for example, started its journey on the list with a strong top-tier rank at #312 in 2022 and saw its position decline in subsequent years, now at a respectable #1460 with 299% growth.

CQ Fluency, meanwhile, has been ranked on the list continuously for 12 years, reaching its highest position on the Inc. list (since Slator began reporting on it) at #2978 in 2022. It is currently at #3950 with 93% growth. The company also has a new CEO, Tameeka Smith, at the helm since June 2025.

Two companies that ranked in 2023 and 2024 and are back in 2025 are Bilingual Global, which is ranked this time at #4056 with 88% growth, and FedWriters, ranked at #1606 with 272% growth.

Ranked or Tanked? The Notably Absent and The Newly Present

The Slator 2025 Language Industry Market Report establishes the global addressable market for language solutions and language technology at USD 31.70bn. This includes buyer spend on “traditional” services like translation and localization offered by LSIs, and also on Language Technology Platforms (LTPs) and language AI innovators, all considered for this industry summary of the 2025 Inc. 5000.

The number of language industry companies on the list, which had increased to 14 in 2024 from 11 in 2023, is back to 11 in 2025. Eight out of the 11 are repeat listings from previous years, even if not sequentially, reflecting a language industry still capable of sustained growth amid the AI disruption and broader market fluctuations.

However, on the LSI side, notably absent in 2025 is Piedmont Global Language Solutions (PGLS), which was the sole language company to break into the top 500 ranked in both 2023 and 2024. It ranked at #245 in 2024 with 1667% growth, the highest ever position for an LSI.

This can mean several things, including that the company might not have met the Inc. 5000 growth criteria to make the list once again.

Also interesting is that, just as eight companies listed in previous years are back in 2025, eight listed in 2024 (seven of them LSIs) did not rank in 2025. On the other hand, one veteran LSI made its debut: Cesco Linguistic Services, in business since 2004, is now on the list at #4687 with 64% growth.

Making the list on the language AI side for the first time is live multilingual AI translation and captions company Wordly, at position #1707 with 256% growth. In an August 12, 2025 press release, the company announced that its platform had surpassed five million users.

Other accessibility specialists ranked in the latest issue are InnoCaption and ClearCaptions, at positions #2474 (171% growth) and #3550 (with 109% growth), respectively. InnoCaption offers AI-enabled captions in over 20 languages, while ClearCaptions offers captions in English on a special phone.

GLOBO Language Solutions, which was last ranked in 2023, is back in 2025 at #2147 with 200% growth. The company has ranked a total of eight times and has announced a number of innovations for the past 18 months, including the GLOBO KAI™ mobile AI interpreter and Live Quality AI, an automated interpreter session evaluation.

Also, back in 2025 is Translation Station, which was newly ranked in 2024 at #2676 and climbed to its current position at #2249 with 191% growth.
