Voice AI Platform VoiceLine Raises EUR 10m in Series A

Munich-based Voice AI Platform VoiceLine has secured EUR 10m in a Series A funding round led by Alstin Capital and Peak, with participation from existing investors Scalehouse Capital, Venture Stars, and NAP.

Founded in 2020 by Nicolas Höflinger and Sebastian Pinkas, VoiceLine develops a voice-first AI platform designed for frontline enterprise teams, including field sales and mobile service workers.

The platform allows users to record spoken updates after customer visits or service appointments. The system processes the audio and converts it into structured outputs such as visit reports, CRM entries, follow-up tasks, and ERP updates, which can be synced with enterprise software.

In statements accompanying the announcement, representatives from the lead investors said the platform aims to reduce manual documentation and data entry for field teams.

VoiceLine’s focus is on converting spoken post-visit updates into structured data fields that can be entered directly into company systems. This places the product closer to workflow automation than to transcription or meeting summarization tools.

VoiceLine lists customers including DACHSER, ABB, Knauf, KSB, and Elis. The company reports more than 100 enterprise implementations and says it is experiencing 10x year-over-year growth. It has not disclosed revenue, valuation, or other financial details related to the funding round.

VoiceLine said the new capital will support international expansion, product development, and team growth across sales, customer success, and partnerships. The company also plans to expand further into sectors including pharma, medtech, food and beverage, insurance, and financial services.

VoiceLine previously raised seed financing in 2024, bringing its total funding at that time to more than EUR 4m.Â
