Joining Ad Astra as Chief Technology Officer, John Arnott brings over 25 years of experience in digital transformation and AI implementation, most recently as CEO of C1M.ai. Arnott is well-equipped to drive the development of Ad Astra’s proprietary AI platform, designed to reshape cross-cultural communication. “I’m thrilled to lead our journey as an AI-powered technology company,” said Arnott. “Together, we’ll create scalable AI solutions that empower our clients to build bridges across cultures and languages.”
Iwona Machaj joins Ad Astra as Chief People Officer, leveraging her extensive background in global human resources from her previous role as SVP at Argos Multilingual. Paris Moeini, the new Director of Interpretation, is fluent in five languages and brings 17 years of language services expertise, including military linguistics training. “Languages do not just describe reality. Languages create the reality they describe,” said Moeini. “It’s incredibly gratifying to be leveraging my own language expertise as part of a team that is actively building bridges among people and cultures.”
Emily Layher has been appointed as Director of Government Sales, bringing over a decade of experience in the translation industry, including roles supporting government and Fortune 500 clients. “It’s a wonderful feeling to help facilitate communication between cultures. The world has so much to learn from one another, and building a bridge for that communication is so rewarding,” Layher shared.
